Updating our Restaurant Equipment
About Us.
Sahel goal is to bring the African rich cuisine to the forefront of the American eatery. We carefully blend the Caribbean and African (west Africa) food to the taste of our patrons. With your support, we can raise $5,000 (and receive a $5,000 match if we reach our goal) and update our outdated kitchen equipment so we can continue to serve delicious food to our community!
We are raising funds to replace our Kitchen exhaust system, to acquire a new refrigerated prep table, to fix a broken walking freezer and to acquire a high temperature glass machine. Together, these pieces of equipment cost $10,000. With a matching grant from Biz-m-Power, we are seeking to raise a minimum of $5,000 from donors.
